Thrust Levers
MADE IN THE USA
MADE IN THE USA
Deliver precise engine power control with custom aircraft thrust levers—also known as throttle/power levers—engineered for tiltrotor, fixed-wing, and rotorcraft applications. Our team has field experience on V-22 thrust-lever components and supports build-to-print or co-engineered solutions: tuned detents and friction, optional switch integration (e.g., TO/GA, autothrottle disconnect), and redundant position sensing for FADEC / fly-by-wire interfaces. Designed for harsh environments and qualification to DO-160 and MIL-STD-810/461, these levers are available as drop-in replacements or new-program designs that interface cleanly with your existing throttle quadrant. Partner with us to prototype, validate, and produce durable, repeatable thrust-lever controls for mission-critical aircraft.

Purpose-built for the V-22 Osprey thrust control, this left-hand, multi-function thrust-lever grip places critical functions at the pilot’s fingertips. The ergonomic, multi-piece cast-aluminum design reduces fatigue and shortens response time between functions. A modifiable front panel supports pushbuttons and rocker switches (with distinct cap styles for tactile ID), while unused locations can be plugged for a smooth surface. Engraving/marking on all surfaces and a multi-pin connector mounting base are available—delivering a durable, configurable thrust-lever control for tiltrotor and related programs.

The V-22 Osprey blends VTOL helicopter capability with the speed and range of a fixed-wing aircraft. Its thrust-lever grip drew industry attention for expanding the number of control functions available on the aircraft’s thrust control. With this design, functional control sits at the pilot’s fingertips, allowing most additional non-flight functions to be accessed with thumb movement only.
